Spiritual Direction sessions are warm, down to earth, heart centered spaces where you can come as you are.
We co-create a space of safety together where you can slow down to listen for and notice the Divine moving and speaking in your life.
We are not seeking answers, but leaving space for contemplation as we journey toward healing, agency, and connection with self and Spirit.
This is for those longing to actively journey and discover together.
What to expect:
50–60 minute biweekly or monthly sessions
A trauma-sensitive, heart-centered space tailored to your unique spiritual journey
Support in deconstructing harmful religious narratives and reclaiming your own spiritual wisdom
Guidance in embodied spiritual practices and ancestral connection
Cost per session: $100 - $150*
*I believe in access to spiritual care for everyone, regardless of financial ability. I offer payment on a sliding scale based on self-assessed need. If my sliding scale is still not accessible to you, please let me know and we can work together on a fee that is.
Astrology Reading
Astrology readings with me are warm, down to earth, heart centered readings where we take a look at your chart and get you more familiar with the person you were born to be. <3
The timing and cost of your reading depends on how in depth you would like to go.
What to expect:
A grounding to start for me to get acquainted with your energy and for you to drop into your heart space. Then, we will dive into the details of your chart and what it means for you, leaving space for you to process, reflect, and dig deeper.
Cost per session:
Mini reading (60 mins): $200
A breakdown of your big three (sun, moon, rising)
Standard birth chart reading: (120 mins): $400
A breakdown of your big three (sun, moon, rising)
A breakdown of the major planets (mercury, venus, mars)
A breakdown of the generational planets (jupiter, saturn, uranus, neptune, pluto)

I believe that giving to others around us who are bringing flourishing into the world is essential to our existence and collective liberation. No hoarding or gatekeeping here! I pour 10% of my Spiritual Care earnings back into Liberated Together, the organization that has held me throughout my spiritual journey and provided my decolonized Spiritual Direction training.

While therapy focuses on mental health, using frameworks to help clients navigate their life problems and coaching may focus on goals or performance to go from point A to B, spiritual direction holds space for your spiritual, emotional, and inner self, giving you breathing room to pause, notice your body, notice your inner voice, and connect with the Divine already moving in your life.
I center decolonized, somatic, and relational care—not fixing or improving, but re-connecting to your inherent wisdom and guiding you down the road back to yourself.

Together, we’ll move beyond striving or fixing and into the practice of being—tending to the spiritual, ancestral, and embodied parts of you that may have been silenced or forgotten. This work holds space for both the ache and the longing, the questions and the becoming.

Each session is guided by your needs and longings.
I like to begin sessions with a check-in and move through silence, breaths or another grounding practice to give you space to arrive and discern what you would like for us to explore together.
Throughout the session we may engage in reflection, silence, body awareness, ancestral connection, intuitive practices, or guided visualization.
There’s no script—just sacred space for you to explore.
